ROASTED CHICKEN WITH SPINACH, MANGO & SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Season chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper & Himalayan salt. (Add Mrs. Dash Exta spicy for more flavor.)

  1. Cook 4 pieces of chicken thighs or breast for approx 40 mins in an air fryer 400F or roast in the oven for approx. 45mins for 400F.

  2. Prep washed Mixed greens or chopped spinach, add diced mango, onions & desired nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds, or sunflower seeds), add dressing (poppy seed or home-made dressing with olive oil, lemon juice & honey to taste)
